Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
The location is ideal for visiting the US consulate and downtown attractions! Staff were kind and accommodating throughout my stay.
Rooms are showing their age, with some cleanliness issues that need attention. Preparing for noise at night is a must!

Our family had a fun time at the hotel, especially enjoying the rooftop pool after a long day exploring downtown Guadalajara. The room was comfortable and spacious, which was perfect for our family of five.
My kids wished the hotel had a more varied breakfast menu.

The best part was the location! I enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and bars. The room was clean, but the noise from the street was a bit much at times. Overall, decent stay!

Grabbed some freshly made sandwiches nearby—gotta try El Grillo for a killer breakfast! Plus, the staff was super friendly and switched my room when the first was a bit off. And seriously, the location is on point with tasty spots just steps away!
Now, the property feels a bit vintage and could use a facelift. Some amenities were missing, like the hair dryer and electrical outlets—they seemed like they were from the Stone Age!
